Anand Bhatt Joins iTunes Mixtape and Radio Station Soundwaves with Hit Song, “Livin’ My Way”

iTunes mixtape listeners can now enjoy Anand Bhatt’s addition of “Livin’ My Way” to their current list of songs. Bhatt’s new song will also be released on May 5, 2012 via a radio show hosted by Akon’s DJ, Benny Demus, and Grammy winner Mr. Cheeks, from the Lost Boyz.

“I love how iTunes makes great music more accessible to everyone. It is the perfect outlet for music lovers to enjoy my song,” said Anand. “Being featured on a radio station hosted by other well-known figures in the music world is a great opportunity to launch my song live to fans.”

“Livin’ My Way” will be featured on the Empire State Mixtape Volume Five, which is hosted by Konvict Muzik and Akon’s DJ Benny Demus, Grammy Winner Mr. Cheeks of The Lost Boyz, Violater Europe, Ecko Unlimited and Slip N’ Slides DJ Metro. Their last Empire State Mixtape Volume Four ranked number one in the Apple App Store under Mixtapes, and Volume Five is in line to do the same. Previous mixtapes Volumes One through Four have included songs by Lil’ Wayne, Jae Millz, Drake, Kanye West, and Eminem, among others.

Benny Demus is a part of Konvict Muzik and has toured with Akon as his Disc Jockey for the last seven years. A native of Virgin Islands, Benny Demus is globally known as an entertainer and acknowledged as a first-class producer, writer, DJ, and rapper. Grammy Winner Mr. Cheeks was part of the Lost Boyz and recently collaborated with various artists on several R&B tracks.
